You can train to swim at a competitive level or enjoy a few lengths at your local pool. Whatever you choose, we have swimming pools across the city so you will never be far from one. Find your nearest pool
There's no need to book ahead but if you do register (or take up membership) and book and pay in advance it will save you time when you arrive and individual members can beat the queue and head straight to automated gates in venues that have them.

Where children are swimming it's vital you check our supervision ratios which are there to help keep everyone safe in the water.

Appropriate swimwear is required. This includes:
- Swimming Costume
- Swimming Shorts
- Swimming trunks
- A Bikini
- Lycra based bottoms
- Lycra based tops (long or short sleeved, dark coloured – not white)
- Rash vests
- Burkini/Hijood or similar
- Babies Require swim nappies underneath swimwear
Swimming Accessories
We welcome the use of goggles, floats, sinkers, woggles arm-bands and flotation vests. Paddles, flippers and snorkels are only permitted during club and/or full lane-hire sessions.
